Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re committed to being flexible and accommodating. However, we also need to ensure that our time and resources are utilized efficiently and fairly for all our patients and hose involved in your care.

To that end, please note the following cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice during our business hours.
  • Cancelled appointments must be communicated via phone, not just email or SMS.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If you don’t show up for your appointment, you’ll be charged the full fee. This fee needs to be paid before booking your next appointment, and it’s not claimable from health funds.

We also want to remind you that if you test positive for Covid or get sick with another contagious illness, please let us know right away. We can switch your appointment to a telehealth or phone consultation and provide you with herbal remedies and supplements to help you feel better fast. This approach is particularly well-suited to natural herbal medicine.

Please note that if you cancel more than twice consecutively, you’ll need to prepay the consultation fee to secure your next appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy. By doing so, we can offer otherwise unused appointments to patients on our waitlist, which helps us optimize our scheduling system and ensure timely access to care for all patients.
