To secure your initial consultation, a pre-payment is required. This payment serves as a guarantee of your commitment to the appointment, and it will only be processed once the payment is made in full through our online booking platform.

For bookings made via phone or email, an invoice will be sent to your inbox or SMS. This invoice will include a secure payment link, allowing you to complete the payment and confirm your appointment.

After your initial booking and payment are confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to an online questionnaire.

Please allow enough time for this and submit the completed questionnaire as soon as possible, but no later than one day before your appointment.

Your first consultation includes a comprehensive health assessment, an overview of our approach, and a discussion of treatment options. If you have booked an initial acupuncture session, you will also receive your first acupuncture treatment during this appointment.

Sit back and relax while your prescription is prepared. Our commitment to bespoke herbal medicine means we’ve intentionally curated a limited selection of off-the-shelf products. While most of our herbal formulas are carefully crafted in-house, some items may require outsourcing.

You will receive a text message notification when your customized prescription is ready for pickup. Alternatively, we can arrange for doorstep delivery. This may take 3-5 days.

A follow-up appointment is scheduled to review your treatment plan, discuss any additional testing or treatment recommendations, and collect your prescription. We will also book your next appointments or acupuncture sessions at this time.
