Fees and Rebates

At Functional Acupuncture Melbourne, we operate as a private billing practice, with fees varying based on the type of treatment, session length, and specific health needs.
For your convenience, most health fund rebates can be claimed on the spot, so you’ll only need to cover the gap. Please note that health rebates apply only to Acupuncture services.
While we prefer payments to be made by card, if you choose to pay cash, please ensure you bring the exact amount, as we do not keep change on the premises.
Discounts may be offered at the discretion of the practitioner for students, seniors and health care card holders.
Please note that late changes or cancellations may incur a fee, and future appointments will be on hold until these fees are settled. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy page.
General Health Consultation
We will cover:
- An in-depth clinical assessment of your medical history
- Evaluation of your current condition from a functional medicine lense
- Review of blood work, patholgy results and imaging reports
- Chinese medicine diagnosis and pattern differentiation, including pulse and tongue analysis
